All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our order processing times are separate from the shipping times.
We will inform of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse facility in the 89031 zip code with an appointment. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
For urgent orders, please contact us via phone at (702) 904-2640. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Our warehouse pickup hours are 9am - 8pm, 7 days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Appointment Required.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
There are broader delivery timelines, 8 to -20 days, for international shipping depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Candy Hair LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For domestic orders, if you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@candyhair.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us.
